I honestly can’t recommend them enough. After my mom passed away, one of the things that was especially important to me was taking care of her garden. Her garden meant so much to her, and because she had always been the one who cared for it, I was honestly very nervous about hiring someone else to take it over. From the very beginning, I knew I had made the right choice. They took the time to listen to everything I wanted and everything I didn’t want and they treated the garden with so much care and respect. Their attention to detail is incredible, and it was clear right away that they genuinely cared about doing a beautiful job rather than simply coming in and getting the work done. What meant the most to me was the connection we had right from the start. They understood why this garden was so special to me and how much it meant to my mom, and I never felt like I was just another customer. I felt heard, understood, and completely comfortable trusting them with something that was incredibly sentimental to me. The garden looks absolutely beautiful, and knowing that it was cared for with the same thoughtfulness and attention that my mom gave it brings me so much comfort. Thank you for being so caring, patient, thoughtful, and meticulous. You have made something that was a difficult and emotional transition feel so much easier, and I’m incredibly grateful. I had the pleasure of finding Grass, Gardens and Grounds via a simple internet search.  After reading all of the reviews I thought I’d take a chance.  From the moment Steve and Estha visited my yard, I knew the connection was there right away.  I trusted in their ideas, experience and all around good business ethics.  I couldn’t wait for them to start.  Fast forward and here I am agreeing with every review I read.  I am G, G and G hooked!  I never felt rushed when they came over for my free estimate!  I loved the stories they shared and the personal touch they added to our meeting.  I feel so blessed to have met their awesome team for 2 days!  They all worked so hard and clearly know what they’re doing.  I’m happy to know I have a landscaper that goes above and beyond to help me. We had a wonderful experience working with Steve and Estha. They were reliable, hardworking, prompt, polite and professional. They payed great attention to detail with our shrubs and hedges and cleaned up perfectly. I absolutley love looking out my window now. Their work looks amazing! We honestly can’t say enough good things about Grass Gardens & Grounds (GG&G).  Every year, we have had gardeners to tidy up our yard and garden in the spring and fall, and they have done an adequate job, but they only seemed to do the bare minimum.  We love our garden and we wanted someone who loved our garden (almost!) as much as we do.  Steve and Estha are exactly the people who take pride in what they do and care about making sure their clients are happy.  They know their stuff, work hard, go the extra mile, make great suggestions, and are reasonably priced. Not only that, but they are super nice people, as well! We like to support local (Maple Ridge) businesses when we can, but sometimes we worry that when we do we won’t be getting the best value that we could.  That is not the case with GG&G. Having difficulties w/ my eldery grandmother, having access to her mailbox. We hired Grass, Gardens and Grounds to create a path. Very friendly dealing w/ my grandmother, going above and beyond also clearing dead trees that potential could be hazardous.  10/10 work efficiency and competed job. For the second time in three years we had Steve from Grass, Gardens and Grounds trim our tree in front of our front window for us. It was getting well past the point for us to handle ourselves, but Steve came and for the second time did and incredible professional job for us in a time and manner that there is not a chance I could have dreamt of! Also, this was done in the rain, and at an extremely fair price. After Steve was done, he left the place spotlessly clean. The only indication that he had ever been there was by seeing the difference in the before and after pictures! Steve and Estha and their crew went above and beyond regarding the job of getting our complex back in shape. It was being overtaken with weeds, and rougue bushes, and was not an appealing look for a 7 year old complex. They trimmed our hedges, weeded the boulevard, and yards of the tenants. It makes us very proud to have a complex look like it does now. We have had many compliments on it from our visitors. Steve responded quickly to my initial message and came by the very next day to assess the garden and discuss what needed doing. He was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about all things garden-related, which gave me full confidence that Grass Gardens and Grounds were the right team for the job! I let them know what my budget was, and they were able to work within that while still delivering exactly what I wanted — which I really appreciated. Their team of four worked non-stop, and the transformation was amazing — they truly brought the garden back to life and made it a space I now want to spend time in. If you are looking for knowledgeable, honest, caring, friendly, communicative, and skilled landscapers for any job, then stop looking and hire Steve and Estha. Seriously! I first met Estha outside of Save on Foods as she was getting into her work truck. I had noticed the company logo and inquired about their services, and asked her for an estimate for managing my mother's property. My mother was newly widowed, and the property was beyond her capabilities to manage. The estimate was reasonable, and we had them start work immediately. Their care of the property and the respect for my mother were beyond expectations, to say the least. Upon my mother's recent passing, I had them provide an estimate for some major work to be done on the property. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to do the work required. They were prompt, efficient and as usual, went over and above my expectations. FYI, the pictures do not do their work justice! It's hard ot find nice, honest people in today's busy world. Estha and Dorah promptly came to our home to provide us with an estimate. Estha provided clear communication and guidance on what would work best for our back yard. Steve and his uniformed team completely restored our rental property's flower beds and lawns from a state of neglect to show home quality.  Best of all, Steve is approachable.  He works with us and delivers a custom made service plan within our limited budget.  He even advised me that I do not have to spend money on certain areas of the lawn which no other contractors had told me before.  This is honesty and professionalism.   There is no front desk to transfer your call when you phone. No middle-man or bureaucratic infrastructure which saves time and money. Grass, Gardens & Grounds came to clear out the weeds that had completely taken over our garden, and they did an amazing job! Steve & Estha are friendly and efficient from start to finish. They removed all the weeds thoroughly and laid down a beautiful layer of dark mulch that made the whole yard look fresh and well-maintained. We hired Grass Grounds and Gardens to remove an invasive form of Boxwoods from our front and backyard gardens earlier this year. We were so impressed with their work  that we decided to have them take over the monthly maintenance of our landscaping. We hired Estha and Steve to help save our backyard lawn. First off, they offered a very good price which we were very happy with. They are extremely efficient, friendly and knowledgeable! The communication was excellent. They explained the plan in detail, sent us an estimate and worked with us to fix our lawn. They followed up regularly and came to check the progress. On Tuesday we had Esta, Steve and one of the workers from Grass, Garden and Grounds here to do some  much needed cleanup of several planted areas. They also did pruning, edging and added a top dressing layer of bark mulch. We are absolutely delighted with the results. Their quote was accurate and fair. They were entirely reliable and communicated very well, making us comfortable. I wish I had taken before pictures because then the after pictures would  mean so much more! Steve and Estha have done a wonderful job refreshing our yard. They are a pleasure to deal with, on time, knowledgeable, reasonably priced. Our  yard looks fantastic. We added on last minute extras, and it was no issue. They kept checking on the newly seeded mixed lawn to make sure it’s doing well for months after they installed it at no additional cost. GGandG are very pleasant and helpful. Our garden unfortunately has not received much care for a few years and needs a full revitalization. They came and toured the yard and put a plan in place with quotes and timelines. They have since spent two full days cleaning up and starting the lawn care.
