HOW GGandG OPERATES
We primarily offer weekly and bi-weekly, residential, small strata and commercial property maintenance services, and we add new clients to our existing routes as space allows.
We keep availability open each week for half-day and full-day projects, and schedule larger projects on Saturdays when needed.
We are a small, highly efficient, and dedicated team.
For regular upkeep, we often work in pairs, and for larger properties or projects, we scale up to larger crews—with up to 8 team members on site when required.
Growing with the growing demand for our services.
As demand grows, so too are we always growing our capacity to serve more of our neighbours.
COMMUNICATION & RESPONSE TIMES
As we are both are actively involved in field work, response times for inquiries, change requests, and emails are generally during breaks, between jobs or when we get back to the office.
That said, we make every effort to respond as promptly as possible. Clear, timely communication is important to us.
Most of our office and administrative work is handled in the late afternoons and on weekends.
OUR APPROACH
We are both very old school when it comes to work ethic, and our expectations are high—both in the work we deliver and in the services we choose to use ourselves.
After years of experiencing—and hearing about—unreliable service, poor workmanship, and lack of customer care in the home service industry, we started Grass, Gardens and Grounds to offer something better:
The kind of service people expect, deserve, and feel confident calling again.
OUR ROLES IN THE COMPANY
We both bring extensive experience in business operations and project management, including leading large service teams.
We use an industry-leading system, Jobber, to streamline our operations. At the same time, we remain hands-on in the field to ensure that the work we deliver meets the highest standards.
IN THE FIELD
We are lifelong gardeners with decades of experience in property maintenance and renovations. We understand what it takes to properly and consistently care for plants and outdoor spaces, and we approach every property with practical knowledge and close attention to detail.
We work alongside a small, trusted crew who share our standards for care, professionalism, and respect for client properties—allowing us to deliver consistent results from visit to visit.

We are proud to support, contribute to and volunteer with the locally operated Food Bank on Wheels who provide delivery of perishable and non-perishable food hampers to Single Parent Families dealing with Illnesses or Disabilities that prevent them from being able to get to regular food banks.
They do amazingly good-hearted work and are always in need of support.
