Flexibility with your schedule is important, as work hours can vary depending on weather, seasonal demand, and project needs.
If you’re adaptable and comfortable with variable hours, that’s a strong starting point.

Previous landscaping or outdoor maintenance experience is preferred. However, we are also open to individuals with transferable skills, a strong work ethic, the ability to learn quickly, and a positive team mindset.
